Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Zack Sauce when you buy an edition: what you get, what you own, and what you may do with it.

Who you're dealing with

These terms are an agreement between you and the seller named below. Buying anything here means you accept them. If you do not accept them, don’t buy anything.

Zack Sauce, an individual based in Norway Email: zacksauceofficial@gmail.com

You need an account

Editions are attached to an account, so you sign in before you buy. That’s deliberate: it’s how a purchase stays yours and how you get back to it from another device.

Keep access to the email address you sign in with. If you lose that address you also lose the way back into the account, and into your archive. I can’t recover an account for someone who can’t receive its email.

Editions are personal to the account that bought them and aren’t moved between accounts.

What you're buying

Each release is sold as a digital edition: a personal, numbered copy. The number is assigned from that release’s allocation when your payment completes. It isn’t reserved in advance and you don’t choose it.

  • Included: the release artwork, a personalised certificate, and a contents list.
  • Included when the release page says so: the audio files, at the format described there.
  • Not included unless stated otherwise: production masters and stems, booklet, lyrics, credits and production notes.

What happens if something is missing

You get what the release page describes at the moment you buy. If something listed there turns out to be missing or broken, tell me and I’ll put it right or refund you. That isn’t a loophole — it’s the minimum you should expect.

Ownership

You own the edition and the files in it. You don’t own the copyright in the music, artwork or text — that stays with me.

Your edition lives in your archive, and you can share a read-only link to it so someone else can see that it exists and who it belongs to. That link doesn’t hand over the files and doesn’t transfer the edition.

Price, tax and payment

Prices are shown in Norwegian kroner. Stripe handles the payment, which means your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach this site.

Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, the edition appears in your archive and its files become downloadable.

Because delivery begins the moment you pay, you agree that you lose the right to cancel under the Norwegian right of withdrawal (angrerett). You give that consent by ticking the box before paying — the payment form won’t open until you do. The Refund Policy explains what happens instead.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: they’re rare, they’re my call, and asking is always welcome.

What you may do with the files

Listen to them, keep them, move them between your own devices, and play them for the people around you.

  • Don’t redistribute or resell them, upload them anywhere public, or use them in something you’re selling.
  • Don’t tamper with edition numbers or try to obtain files you haven’t paid for. Either will end the account.

Availability

I aim to keep the site running, but I’m one person and I don’t promise uninterrupted service. If the site ever goes away, the files you already downloaded are yours to keep, and you can still reach me at the address below.

Changes to these terms

These terms are dated, and the date is recorded against every purchase, so you can always see which version you agreed to. If they change, the new version is dated and applies from that point.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
